CL90 Square Duct Lock
The Duro Dyne Dyna-Tite one piece CL90 Square Ductwork Lock is designed for safe suspension of square ductwork. It utilizes Dyna-Tite cable for secure hanging. The CL90 Lock attaches to square ductwork and equipment using standard Duro Dyne sheet metal screws.

KV Bracket Assembly
The KV Bracket Assembly enhances the Dyna-Tite suspension system by the addition of an integral bracket, which fastens the cable lock to the duct with sheet metal screws. once the KV Bracket Assembly is attached to the duct, the wire rope “drop” is passed into the entry hole at the top of the bracket, through the cable lock, and out the exit hole at the bottom. The locking teeth inside the cable lock engage the wire rope and secure the ductwork in place. When used with WC3-CL12 Wire Rope, there is a working load limit of 150 lbs. When used with WC2-CL6 Wire Rope, there is aworking load load limit of 75 lbs. The KV Bracket is also available in kits with Looped Cable.
*The KV Bracket must be hung at a 90 degree angle to the suspension point.

CL25-WC8
▪ The CL25-WC8 and wire rope combination should be sized for the job so that the projected load falls within the appropriate working load limit (WLL).
▪ Wire Rope for use with CL25-WC8 is supplied in 100 foot rolls.
▪ All Dyna-Tite cable locks feature an easy release pin for simple adjustments without the use of tools.

CL23-WC6
▪ The Maximum Load Range for each size wire rope incorporates a design safety factor of 5:1. The CL23-WC6 and wire rope combination should be sized for the job so that the projected load falls within the appropriate working load limit (WLL).
▪ The WC6-CL23 Wire Rope for use with CL23-WC6 is supplied in 250 ft. rolls. (WC6-23 wire in 125 foot rolls is available on special order.)
▪ As with all Dyna-Tite cable locks, the CL23-WC6 features an easy release pin for simple adjustments without the use of tools.

CL18-WC4
▪ The Dyna-Tite CL18-WC4 Cable Lock is for use with WC4-CL18 wire rope. These size wire ropes are available in 500 foot rolls. The CL18-WC4 has a working load limit of up to 250 lbs. As with all Dyna-Tite cable locks, the CL18-WC4 features an easy release pin for simple adjustments without the use of tools.

CL12-WC3

The CL12-WC3 is the perfect product for hanging smaller diameter spiral (less than 24 inches), typical residential and light commercial ductwork, and air handlers in attics.

Dyna-Tite Fast-Lock™
Dyna-Tite Fast-Locks are similar to Cable Locks, but have a single way lock instead of a double lock like Cable Locks have. Each cable lock is designed for use with one specific wire size and have working load ranges that incorporate a 4:1 safety factor ratio. Fast-Locks lock onto a single hanging point and are to be used with round duct 24” in diameter or smaller. For ease of installation, Fast-Locks feature an easy release pin for simple adjustments without the use of tools.
To insure the safety and integrity of the suspension
system use only Duro Dyne wire rope.
FDM18-WC4
▪ The Dyna-Tite Fast-Lock™ FDM18-WC4 is for use with WC4-CL18 wire rope. These size wire ropes are available in 500 foot rolls. The FDM18-WC4 has a working load limit of up to 250 lbs. Locking Cable Locks
Locking Cable Locks, like standard Cable Locks, are to be used on static load applications only. However, Locking Cable Locks should be used in instances where your static load may become dynamic by flying objects, unexpected movement or striking. The locking bolts on the Locking Cable Locks hold the inside locking wedge in place and disable the release pin feature until the locking bolt is manually loosened.
